摘要

离心铸造时在铁水中加入微量的铋

可以提高滚筒外壳冷硬层的硬度和深度。适当提高铸型的转速

提高预制件的预热温度并增添石棉垫板

确保浇入的金属液的质量

便可获得高质量的双金属铸件。

Abstract

The hardness and depth of chill layer on the roller outer surface can be raised with adding trace Bi into liquid Fe in centrifugal casting. The quallfied bi metal casting can be made through increasing properly the rotating speed of the mold and the preheating temperature of cast iron terminal piece

appending the asbestos shim

ensuring the weight of the iron melt pouring.
