摘要

对国内 3-3-3-1模料（石蜡、硬脂酸、松香的质量分数均为 30 %

地蜡为 10 % ）和进口美国模料进行了流变性能测试和对比分析。进而指出

注蜡口尺寸、注蜡压力、模料温度和压型温度等工艺参数

应根据不同模料的流变特性进行选择

Abstract

The test and comparative analysis of the rheology properties of 3-3-3-1 wax in China and U.S waxes were conducted. The results showed that some parameters

including dimension of injecting ingate

injecting pressure

wax and mold temperatures

should be selected in terms of the rheology properties of different waxes.
