不同粒度粉末均呈快速凝固枝晶生长形态。并给出了组织细化程度与冷却速度之间的定量关系。
Abstract
Kinetic behavior of nucleation and growth of atomized droplet during spray forming was studied through the analysis of solidified microstructure of sprayed powder molded superalloy in connection with heat transfer. The results showed that heterogeneous nucleation predominated during atomized process. The nuclei formed by solidified particulates in collision with large droplet play important role in nucleation mechanism. All fine powders with various grain size emerge rapidly solidified dendrite growth morphology. The quantitative relation between refined structure degree and cooling rate was given.
