K2O·6TiO2(w)/Al复合材料的制备与性能
摘要
采用挤压铸造工艺制备了钛酸钾 (K2 O·6TiO2 )晶须增强铝基复合材料
其力学性能大大优于基体
热膨胀系数明显降低。在 5 0~ 2 80℃热膨胀试验中
基体和复合材料都存在应变滞后现象。基体热循环后出现残余塑性应变
而复合材料热循环前后没有尺寸变化
具有良好的尺寸热稳定性
Abstract
Aluminum matrix composite reinforced with potassium titanate whisker was prepared by squeeze casting technique. The mechanical properties of the composite are much better than those of matrix alloy and the thermal expansion coefficient decrease greatly. Strain hysteresis was observed in both matrix alloy and composites during thermal expansion experiment at 50~ 280 ℃ . Residual plastic strain occurred in matrix alloy after thermal cycle while the dimension of the composites reinforced with 20% whisker had no change owing to the absence of residual plastic strain
