研究了铝 钢双金属复合过渡层的结构、组成、显微硬度、剪切强度
考察了电镀层、浸铝液成分、浸铝时间等因素对过渡层质量的影响
对T5热处理条件进行了研究
发现热处理界面过渡层增厚
界面剪切强度下降。从而为铝 钢双金属复合铸件的研究提供了理论依据
并奠定实践基础

including plating layer
immersed aluminum melt composition and immersed aluminum time on transition layer quality was studied. It was showed that thickness of T5 heat treated interface transition layer increased and shear strength decreased
which offered theoretical base for the research of aluminum steel bimetal composite castings and laid a foundation for production.
