Abstract
The serious accentric and a lot of gas holes
porosities in the center for Cu scraped pole could lead to insufficient hardness and strength
lower wear resistance and electric conductivity. Change in cooling water entrance from single side to twin sides in the crystallizer could correct the accentric. Increase in inserted depth of crystallizer could eliminate gas hole and porosity.
