Abstract
Not only the defects
including gas porosity and non metallic inclusion
in Al die castings are eliminated but also the casting yield and material utilization are increased through adopting extrusion casting instead of pressure die casting. The die structure and design parameters of extrusion casting for aluminum alloy joint were introduced. Technological parameters and selection basis of extrusion casting were analyzed.
