摘要

详细分析了不锈钢熔模铸件表面流纹产生的原因

并提出了防止不锈钢铸件表面流纹的一系列措施。形成流纹的主要原因是型壳脱蜡时

在内表面形成了细小裂纹

浇注时型腔内气体被钢液逼入裂纹。有效防止流纹的措施包括 :提高型壳透气性 ;提高浇注时型壳温度 ;降低钢液浇注温度等。

Abstract

The formation mechanism of surface flow lines crack of investment stainless steel casting was analyzed in detail. A series of measures to prevent the surface flow lines crack were proposed based on the above analysis.The main reasans for crack formation were due to fine crack in inner surface of mold shell during wax lase and gas in mold cavify forced by steel melt into the crack.The effctive measures involved elevation of permeability in the mold shell and reduction of pollring temperature of steel meet.
