Abstract
The analysis of filtering flow process of aluminum cast alloy based on hydraulic simulation was carried out. The filtering efficiency formula was established. The results showed that the filtering efficiency was improved with the increase of filter’s porosity under constant Re number and with the decrease of Re value under constant filter’s porosity .
