具有制作工艺简单、适应性强、成本较低的特点。该陶瓷型还可用于某些熔模铸件的生产

Abstract

A technique for making ceramic mold bound with phosphate was introduced. Both dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the metal handicraft in ceramic mold meet technological requirement. Compared with ethyl silicate as bonding agent for traditional ceramic mold in investment casting

the phosphate binder has many advantages of simplified process

good adaptability and low cost. The ceramic mold can be used to some investment casting also.
