摘要

研究了稀土对ZA2 7合金阻尼性能的影响规律。结果表明 :稀土变质可提高ZA2 7合金的阻尼性能

经稀土变质后的试样

其内耗是未变质的试样的 1.4倍。ZA2 7合金为发挥其阻尼作用

在频率高于 70Hz时

效果明显

且经稀土变质后的试样强迫振动衰减效果比未变质的试样强

Abstract

Effect of RE on damping property of ZA27 alloy has been studied. The results showed that the damping property of RE modified ZA27 alloy would be improved with the internal friction by 40% higher than that of un treated ZA27 alloy . ZA27 alloy has good damping property as frequency over 70 Hz and the RE modified alloy has the better effect of forced vibration attenuation than the unmodified ZA27 alloy.
