    摘要

    建立了铸铁水平连铸用结晶器水冷套的传热模型 ,并用有限差分法模拟计算了不同高宽比水道结构的水冷套系统传热过程。水道高宽比K值对水冷套冷却能力的影响规律是 :K值增加 ,水道内水流速、等效传热面积均减小 ,水套的冷却能力降低。并根据计算结果提出了圆结晶器水冷套的设计原则

    Abstract

    Mathematic model of heat transfer in round crystallizer with water cooled jacket in horizontal continuous casting for iron bar was established. Heat transfer process of water cooled jacket system with various height width ratio of the water channel was calculated by the finite differential method. With increasing value of height width ratio of water channel K , both the velocity of water flow in the cooled jacket and equivalent heat transfer area of water channel section decreased so that the cooling capacity of cooled jacket was weaken. The design principle for water cooled jacket in round cystallizer was provided based on the calculated results.
