摘要

在实验室和生产条件下研究了Al P中间合金对共晶和过共晶Al Si活塞合金的变质工艺特点、变质效果和力学性能等的影响。结果表明 :使用Al P中间合金操作简单

变质效果好且稳定

力学性能也比其他变质剂有不同程度的提高 ;使用该中间合金无渣、无污染 ;从时间上看可以完全省去变质处理过程

节约能源

提高合金的实收率

降低铝耗

有着良好的应用前景

Abstract

Under laboratory and practical production conditions

effects of Al-P master alloy on the modification technology and efficiency as well as mechanical properties of eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloy have been investigated. The results showed that Al-P master alloy has the advantages of convenient operation

stable and good modification effects. The mechanical properties of Al-P master alloy modified alloy are higher to extent degree as compared with that of other modifiers modified alloy. The Use of the Al-P master alloy as modifier can be free from slag and pollution and can save energy

increase production yield and decrease the wastage of Al-Si alloy.
