介绍采用顶注单内浇道浇注系统

消除了夹角腔内的裂纹缺陷

成功地生产出质地优良的铸件并提高了工艺出品率

Abstract

Structural features and technical requirement of angular castings with double cavity were described. Using top gating system with single ingate the crack in angular cavity can be eliminated and sound castings were produced successfully. Products yield was improved.
