介绍在铝活塞铸造机金属型设计中

为了使设计的金属型使用可靠

并能获得优质铸件

须分析铸件的铸造工艺性

修正铸件的技术参数并采用合理的浇注系统

以保证充型和补缩。

Abstract

An attention should be carefully paid to a lot of casting aspects

concerning castability

correction of technic parameters with respect to casting specification

determination of reasonable gating system and mold filling-feeding

to warrant the realiability of molding tool design and to obtain highly qualified Al-piston in casting machine.ntthere
