摘要

根据铸铝风扇中心对称的结构特点

在浇注系统方面

采用从回转中心引入的方案

同时考虑了排气的方向与液流充型的方向一致

并在冷铁的设计与放置方面考虑到对排气及补缩的影响

对铸造工艺作了改进。

Abstract

According to the symmetric structure reletive to the Al-Fan center

an intake of Al-melt was designed from the rotating center.Moreover

considering the direction of gas release consistent with the direction of Al-melt filling the casting technology in chill design and location were unproved for favorable gas release and feeding.
