摘要
通过对水冷铜坩埚电弧熔炼吸注成型工艺制备大块非晶过程中不利因素的分析
采用该工艺获得了直径达2 0mm的锆基大块非晶棒材。试验表明
采用石墨坩埚熔炼可以进一步提高熔炼过程中温度和成分的均匀性
并改善有利于非晶形成的冷却条件。
Abstract
Preparation of Zr base bulk amorphous alloy rod up to 20mm diameter in electric arc furnace with graphite crucible was performed for replacement in arc furnace with water cooled crucible by suction pouring forming. The results showed that the temperature and composition are more homogenous in the molten alloy by smelting in graphite crucible
and the cooling conditions favorable to glass-forming are consequently improved.
