对压铸缺陷以及工艺过程的可变性进行综合诊断
确定了缺陷的性态、产生规律及原因。并在此基础上
针对整个压铸生产过程提出了相应的改进措施和工艺优化方案
使压铸件质量得到明显改善。结果表明

Abstract
Die casting is a complicated process effected by numerous factors. A single method for quality control used not to achieve desired effect. The comprehensive diagnosis for diecasting defects
e.g. in aluminum time gear case and varying technological process are carried out with the combination of statistic
physico chemical analysis as well as technical simulation to determine character
regulation and reason for defect formation. On this basis
quality of the diecastings was improved remarkably through corresponding amelioration and optimization of casting process for the whole die casting. The results showed that the above mentioned comprehensive methods effectively provided the evidence for diecasting defect analysis and quality control.
