摘要

通过改变浇注系统设计方案

消除有厚大法兰的阀体铸件的气孔和缩松缺陷。采用直浇道底注的充型方式

在热节部位放置暗冷铁和撒铬铁矿砂成功地铸造出了阀体铸件

并投入批量生产

Abstract

Gas hole and shrinkage porosity in the valves with massive flange were eliminated through altering design sketch of gating system. The valves were produced successfully by adopting bottom gating system

laying external chill and spreading chromite sand on hot spot position.
