硅溶胶型壳建立强度的过程也是硅溶胶涂料干燥的过程

干燥间的风速和湿度是影响干燥品质和速度的重要因素。通过试验测定了风速和湿度对硅溶胶水分蒸发速度的影响

指出了型壳干燥间应合理布置风扇

保证干燥间有足够而均匀的空气流动

有条件的工厂可以采用悬挂链

Abstract

The air flow rate and humidity are important factors in fluencing quality and velocity of shell drying. The effects of the air flow rate and humidity on water vaporization velocity of colloidal silicate were measured experimentally.It is pointed out that the fans should be rationally arranged in mold shell drying chamber to warrant sufficient and uniform air flow.It is pref erable to use chain converge
