摘要

通过试验和理论计算研究了气膜软接触连铸技术

发现气膜的连续性、稳定性对铸坯质量有重要影响

气体的背压随气体流量的增大而增大、随拉坯速度的增大而降低

这为进一步改进连铸工艺和结晶器的设计提供了重要试验依据

Abstract

Gas film soft contacted continuous casting has been investigated based on both experiment and theoretical calculation. It is founded that continuity and stability of gas film has great effects on the billet quality. The gas backpressure increased with the increase in the gas volume and decreased with the increase in drawing speed

which provided important experimental base for further improving technology and design of crystallizer in continuous casting.
