Based on the entity shape molding and Object Or iented Programming method, a modeling of temperature field during solidification pro cess was developed for handling the complicated boundary conditions and casting shape with varying assigned time steps, irregular mesh sizes and physical proper ty variables to improve the calculated accuracy and efficiency.
