摘要

采用中频感应电炉在大气下熔炼Cu Cr中间合金

Cr以Cu 5 0Cr中间合金的形式加入

采用自配的专用覆盖剂

控制好熔炼工艺

最终获得Cr的质量分数为 4.0 %～ 5 .0 %的Cu Cr中间合金。

Abstract

The Cu Cr master alloy containing 4.0%～5.0% Cr can be prepared by addition of Cu 50Cr master alloy and controlling smelting process with special cover agent in a medium frequency induction furnace under air atmosphere.
