摘要

基于人工神经网络建立ZA2 7合金挤压铸造工艺参数与力学性能关系模型

采用模拟退火算法对ZA2 7挤压铸造工艺进行多指标优化。结果表明 :当比压为 40MPa、铸型温度在 2 30～ 2 4 0℃、浇注温度在 540～ 550℃、保压时间在 50s左右时

ZA2 7合金具有较高的综合力学性能

Abstract

The model of relation between processing parameters and mechanical properties for ZA27 alloy in extrusion casting was established on th e basis of artificial nervous network. Optimization of processing parameters for ZA27 alloy in extrusion casting was conducted by means of annealing arithmetic simulation. The results showed that ZA27 alloy possessed higher comprehensive pr operties with 40MPa specific pressure

mold temperature at 230～240℃

pouring te mperature at 540～550 ℃

holding pressure time for about 50s.
