摘要

详细描述了互感耦合模型

并且利用此模型计算了电磁铸造中电磁场的分布。结果发现电磁铸造中磁感应强度与输入的电流呈线性变化的关系。利用这一结果提出了一种计算电磁铸造中液柱高度的计算方法

并且利用这种方法计算了电流与液柱高度的关系

计算值与实测值基本符合。

Abstract

The distribution of electromagnetic field in electromagnetic casting was calculated by the coupled circuit model.It was found that there was a linear relationship between the magnetic flux density and the input current.A proposed mehod to calculating height of liquid column was suggested and the relationship between current and height of liquid column was introduced in electromagnetic casting based on above results.The simulated results is well in agreement with the measured ones.
