铸铝合金在熔炼的过程中
加入适量稀土可以明显减少凝固后合金中气孔、针孔的数量。试验结果证明
这是由于形成了稀土氢化物及富稀土相与氢有较强的交互作用
牢固地固定住氢
从而减少了可形成气 /针孔的游离态氢的含量。稀土的除杂作用
减少了气泡的非自发形核基底
进一步强化了稀土的除气净化效果
Abstract
The proper RE addition to cast Al melt can obviously de crease amounts of gas/pin hole in solidified alloy. It is founded that stable RE -hydride was formed resulting in the decrease of free H content. The RE effects on impurity removal decrease heterogeneous nucleation site of bubble to f urther enhance the gas removal and purification effect.
