Abstract
The effects of Ac on structures and properties of surface alloyed cast iron by casting-infiltration in EPC were investigated. It was found that the addition of Ac resulted in improving the distribution of carbide in surface alloyed layer
grain refinement and purification liquid Fe
reduction of inclusion amount and increasing the thickness and wear resistance increase in the alloyed layer.
