homogeneous constituent distribution and highly supersaturated alloying elemenst.In order to understand the spray forming process deeply and optimize the selection of the technological parameters great attention is paid to the modeling and simulation of the spray forming process recently.The researches on the modeling and simulation of the solidification of the atomized droplets and shape evolution of the billet during spray forming were surveyed.
