摘要

镁合金是具有优越性能的金属材料

镁合金的加工是目前国内外正在研究的新课题。通过对镁合金电磁铸造过程中温度场的模拟来分析镁合金电磁铸造的工艺参数

确定最佳工艺条件。计算结果表明

镁合金电磁铸造过程中当频率为 10Hz时温度场分布比较合理。

Abstract

The optimum processing parameters were determined based on simulation of temperature field of Mg alloy in electromagnetic casting. The calculated results showed that the distribution of temperature field of Mg alloy in electromagnetic casting is reasonable in frequency 10Hz.
