摘要

对压铸模具智能CAD系统进行了研究和探讨

论述了设计型专家系统理论模型的建立

开发了适用于压铸模设计的设计型专家系统开发工具

建立了知识库系统

利用ADS语言开发了压铸模具的图形输出系统

同时用ADS语言开发出专家系统与模具CAD系统的数据接口应用程序

实现了专家系统从数据形式到图形形式的转换

从而实现了压铸模具的智能化设计。

Abstract

Intelligent CAD system of die casting mould is explored . Theoretical model for design expert system is established. The created tools f or the e xpert system suitable for design of die casting mould are developed and the know ledge database was created. The graphic output system of die casting mould is de veloped

and then the application program of data interface for ES （expert syste m） with die CAD system is set up by using ADS language to realize the expert sys tem conversion from data form to graphic form and intelligent design for die cas ting mould.
