摘要

采用石墨转子旋转喷吹设备将气体和熔剂加入到铝熔体中

对铝液进行净化处理

其技术优势在于熔剂能够定量均匀给料

并且在管路中无堵塞现象发生。对该新型净化设备的主要部分从设计原理和技术要点等方面作了介绍。

Abstract

A new spining-spray graphite rotor equipment was designed for use with a combination of gas and flux into molten aluminum being purified. The technological advantages is quantitative uniform addition of flux in turn not to be jamed in tube channel. The key parts of the new equipment was introduced from a point of view of both design pricinple and technological essence.
