摘要

介绍叉车轮毂产品的成型发泡及铸件浇注等工艺试验情况

对试制中出现的碳夹杂形成原因进行分析并提出有效的防止措施。通过调整铸型的浇注系统 ;控制泡沫模的密度

减少模型发气量 ;提高浇注温度 ;调整抽气负压等措施

大大减轻了碳夹杂缺陷

使铸件加工后废品率由试制初期的 70 %降低到 10 %以内。

Abstract

Aimed at C inclusion often encountered in QT casting in lost foam casting

the experiments in foamed pattern making and pouring of the casting were introduced briefly. The formation and elimination of C inclusion in the hub castings were analyzed. The scrap rate of the machined casting decreased from 70% in trial production period until now up to 10% due to great reduction of C inclusion through adjusting gating system

governing the density of foam pattern

reducing amounts of foamed pattern gas evolvement

increasing pouring temperature and regulating the negative pressure.
