导致固液两相区、温度范围和偏析程度明显加大
引起合金的热塑性降低。因此
降低合金S的偏析有利于合金的锻造性能。
Abstract
Effects of S on solidification segregation and hot plasticity of Hastelloy C 4 alloy were examined by electron probe and hot tensile test. The results showed that the solid liquid phase zone
temperature interval and segregation degree may be obviously enlarged with increasing S content so as to reduce the hot plasticity of the alloy. Therefore
the decrease in S content in the alloy is beneficial to the forging performance of the alloy.
