Abstract
Al-10Cr alloy was prepared by mixed liquid-solid casting.The effects of superheating temperature
alloy powder addition and grain size of powder on the microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.It was found that the alloy with uniform fine grain can be obtained under the conditions of 35 ℃ superheating temperature and 60% powder addition as well as powder granulannity of 147~246 μm.The optimized mechanical properties at room temperature are σ
