采用固液混合铸造新技术 ,制备了Al 10Cr合金 ,研究了合金熔体过热度 ,加粉量和粉末粒度对材料组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明 :合金熔体的过热度为 3 5℃时最佳 ,当加粉量为 60 %、粉末粒度为 14 7~ 2 46μm时可获得均匀的细晶组织 ,最佳室温力学性能为σb=119MPa ,σ0 .2 =89.5MPa ,δ =1.0 %。
Al-10Cr alloy was prepared by mixed liquid-solid casting.The effects of superheating temperature,alloy powder addition and grain size of powder on the microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.It was found that the alloy with uniform fine grain can be obtained under the conditions of 35 ℃ superheating temperature and 60% powder addition as well as powder granulannity of 147~246 μm.The optimized mechanical properties at room temperature are σb=119 MPa,σ0.2=89.5 MPa and δ=1%.
