摘要

研究了以有机高分子聚合物PX为添加剂的PW 1蜡基模料在不同的压注温度下的性能 :抗弯强度、线收缩率、热稳定性

也测定了其熔点和灰分

同时制作了显微薄片试样

观察并对比了纯石蜡和PW 1模料的显微组织。结果表明

PW 1模料的显微组织与石蜡相比

晶粒大小均匀

组织细腻 ;在 5 7～ 5 9℃时

模料抗弯强度达 3 .65MPa、线收缩率为 0 .76%、热稳定性温度为 3 7℃、灰分为 0 .0 0 8%

综合性能实现比较优化的组合。

Abstract

The properties

of the PW-1 type pattern materials with the organic macromolecular polymer Px as additive at different injection temperatures were measured.The microstructures of pure wax and PW-1 pattern material were observed. It was indicated that compared with pure wax

PW-1 pattern materials possess 3.65 MPa bending strength

0.76% linear contraction

37 ℃ thermal stability

0.008% ashes content at 57～59 ℃ homogeneous grain size and fine microstructure

optimization comprehensive properties are realized.
