论述了金属液作为压力铸造压力传递介质的实际情况;指出搬用传统帕斯卡原理作为压铸基础理论是不正确的
它忽略了金属液在高比压和激烈的热交换条件下引起强烈温度降而形成的粘性影响
增压再快、再大也难以实现在薄壁压铸件上实现良好的增压效果;预测压铸机设计、制造需要有新的开发方向。
Abstract
The real circumstance of liquid metal as the pressure transfering agent during pressure casting was introduced.It is uncorrect to adopt the Pascar theory as the theoretical basis of pressure casting due to the ignorance of the adhersion effects resulting from strengthly temperature-reduction in the condition of high specific and intensively heat-exchange for liquid metal
so the good pressure-applying for thin-walled castings can not be realized.The new developing prospect on design and manufacturing of the die casting machine was predicted.
