确定了用ZL2 0 1合金挤压铸造成形工艺制坯
替代LY12合金棒料生产曲面薄壁帽盖零件
设计并制造了两套帽盖零件毛坯挤压铸造模具。两套模具的区别主要在凹模部分
其中一套属于间接加压
凹模带有溢料槽
另一套属于直接加压
凹模为组合式。
Abstract
Thin-walled cover parts with curving surface of ZL201 alloy instead of LY12 alloy were manufactured by squeezing casting based on the factory’s requirements in accordance with the structure characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of the parts.Two sets of moulds for cover parts in squeezing casting were designed and manufactured.The characteristics of the moulds were compared and the squeezing casting technologies were discussed
which provided a basis for the production of qualified cover parts.
