利用等离子发射光谱仪、电镜、X衍射、万能材料试验机、腐蚀试验等手段研究了不同Na2 B4O7含量的熔剂对镁合金废旧料的力学性能、相组成、断口形貌以及腐蚀行为的影响。研究表明 ,使用含Na2 B4O7的熔剂可以使镁合金旧料中Fe的质量分数降低到 0 .0 0 4%以下 ,同时提高材料的抗拉强度和伸长率。腐蚀试验表明含Na2 B4O7的质量分数为 2 0 %的熔剂可以使材料的腐蚀速率从 15 .1mg·cm-2 ·d-1降低到 0 .4mg·cm-2 ·d-1。电镜观察和X衍射表明 ,净化处理对断口形貌和相组成没有明显影响。最后分析了Na2 B4O7除铁的机理 ,认为Fe与B形成某种化合物沉淀下来是主要原因
Effects of the fluxes with different Na2B4O7 contents on the mechanical properties,phase constituent,fracture morphology and corrosion performance of magnesium alloy wastes have been studied by ICP spectroscopy,SEM,XRD,material testing machine and corrosion test.It was found that the Fe in the wastes can be decreased to below 0.004% and the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy can be improved using the fluxes with Na2B4O7.Corrosion test indicated that the corrosion rate of the alloy can be decreased to 0.3 mg·cm-2·d-1 by the flux with 20% Na2B4O7.The SEM and XRD results showed that purification treatment has a slightly effect on the fracture morphology and phase constituent.It was believed that the Fe removal by Na2B4O7 was contributed to the reaction between Fe with B to form a deposited compound.
