利用有限元分析手段对 3 0 0 0 0kN压铸机动模板极限载荷下的力学行为进行了分析
比较了不同设计方案的位移场以及应力场等计算结果。在依据计算结果对设计方案进行分析的基础上
对相应的加工制造提出了一定的意见和建议。分析结果表明
减重孔对动模板刚度具有一定影响
目前的设计方案中传力铰耳承载面积偏小
存在设计缺陷。
Abstract
The rigidity of moving container that is an important component for Mg die-casting machine has a remarkable effect on the precision of the product.The mechanical properties of utmost load of moving container for 30 000 kN die-casting machine from a plant in the China were analyzed by FEM.The simulated results of displacement and stress field of different designed plans were compared.Some pieces suggestion to corresponding production were given based on the analysis of designed plans according to the simulated results.The results indicated that the lightening hole has some effects on the rigidity of the moving container.The existent design has some limitation
in which the hinge bracket has a smaller loading area.
