摘要

讨论了基于UnigraphicsNX2 .0的实用压铸模BOM（BillofMaterial）系统的开发。该系统能方便地得到压铸模装配体中各零部件之间的结构关系以及零部件的基本加工信息。还介绍了零件选择、装配以及模具CAM加工前准确开料等实用的UG二次开发技术以及在UG中使用ODBC访问Excel数据库的方法。

Abstract

Practical BOM for die casting die system based on Unigraphics NX2.0 was developed.The structure relation among various components in die casting die assemble and basic working information of the component can be easily obtained using the system.Practical sub-development based on UG for the selection and assemble of the component as well as accurate open-materials before CAM was introduced.
