熔体中B的损失主要在加B后的合金化过程 ,其次是铸造时熔体的保温过程 ,在工艺上加强脱氧和覆盖 ,可以比较合理地控制B含量 ;在保温铸造过程中B有向表面迁移聚集的倾向 ;w(B) =0 .0 13 %时 ,对铸态组织有明显细化作用 ,高倍组织发现针状相和块状相 ,B含量较低时 ,未发现针状相 ,块状相经电子探针X射线扫描分析 ,是一种含有合金元素As和其他杂质的富B化合物 ,熔体对硅砂炉衬侵蚀严重。
B loss in melt mainly occures in B addition followed by alloying process,next at melt holding during smelting and pouring.The B content can be rationally controled with enhancing deoxidation and coverage.B trends towards surface coagulation at melt holding during pouring. w (B) =0.013% can refine greatly as cast microstructure,with occurence of needle like and block like phase in high magification while no needle like phases occur in lower B content.It is founded that the block like phase consits of a rich in B coumpound with As and other inpurities by DEX.Melt strongly erodes silica sand lining.
