摘要

利用计算机图像处理技术

开发了金相组织的图像采集、图像预处理模式识别系统

可以实现金相组织定量识别

并以球墨铸铁金相组织为例进行初步分析。该系统对于提高金相组织的分析测量精度具有实用价值。

Abstract

A discriminable system with image collection and image pretreatment module for metallographic structure was developed based on the image treatment technology

which can realize the quantitative discriminability of the metallographic structure.The strucure of nodular cast iron was analyzed by the system.The system has a practical value for improving the measuring accuracy of the metallographic structure.
