采用高岭石耐火材料代替石英砂、粉
可以提高型壳尺寸稳定性和型壳强度 ;铸造齿形精铸件时
可在蜡模齿面先喷涂 1层浆衬
然后再沾浆操作
可以提高齿面轮廓清晰度
并避免产生大、小气泡。采用专用的型芯材料制作完成了叶轮型芯
成功地代替陶瓷型芯
Abstract
Kaolinite refractory materials substituted for silica sand/powder can improve dimensional stability and strength of solica sol sodium solicate compound mold shell. Firstly
wax pattern tooth face was sprayed with a layer of slurry
and then stained with slurry
which can improve the clarity tooth face profile and avoid gas hole. The impeller core with special core materials can be substituted for with ceramic core sucessfully.
