这样既保证脱模方便
又可使铸件受力均匀 ;为了使 1模 4腔都充形良好
设计成一个等截面横浇道和 4个浅而宽的侧横浇道 ;在横浇道末端设计了一个容积较大的溢流槽
使排气顺畅。
Abstract
Based on the strctural characteristic of aluminum alloy reed valve
the technological analysis and selection of die casting machine were conducted. The die design was focused on parting surface and gating system. The designed die was produced in batch process.
