Al2 O3 ·SiO2 纤维可作为锌合金共晶体非自发形核的衬底
纤维 /基体界面上的硅在共晶体的共生生长过程中起了领先相作用
导致复合材料的共晶转变由铝硅共晶转变和锌铝共晶转变两者组成
Abstract
Solidification microstructure of Al
2
O
3
·SiO
2
/Zn-RE composites and its interface were observed by SEM.The results showed that there exists a compact interface between Al
2
O
3
·SiO
2
fibre and matrix and that the proper chemical reaction can be helpful to improve the bonding of the fibre and matrix.Al
2
O
3
·SiO
2
fibre can be taken as a substrate of heterogeneous eutectic nucleation of the zinc alloy
and the silic phase in fibre/matrix interface is prior to growing in couple growth during solidification
which realizes the Al-Si eutectic transformation and Zn-Al eutectic transformation in the composites.
