摘要

采用高能球磨的方法制备亚微米AlN +复合熔盐的混合物

并利用搅拌铸造法制备了质量分数为 1%的AlN亚微米（0 .1～ 0 .7μm）颗粒增强的 2 618合金基复合材料。试验结果表明

采用该方法可以使亚微米AlN颗粒均匀地分布在 2 618合金基体中 ;由于强烈的搅拌使 2 618合金中针片状Al9FeNi相变为细小颗粒状

该相大部分分布于晶界。

Abstract

The sub-micon mixture of AlN and compound salt was manufactured by high-energy ball-milling

and the 2618 alloy composites reinforced with 1% sub-micon AlN particulate （0.1～0.7 μm） were fabricated by a stirring casting method.The results showed that the sub-micon AlN particulate can be uniformly distributed into the alloy matrix.Moreover

the needle-like Al 9FeNi phase transform into fine particulate which is mainly distributed in the grain boundary due to the intensive stirring.
