应注意待型壳干燥后再涂挂下一层涂料
型壳脱蜡前须延长干燥时间。
Abstract
Effects of ambient temperature and humidity on sodium silicate mold shell investment casting were surveyed systematically based on practical experience.Some measures
such as adjusting powder-liquid ration of coating
hardening time
should be taken according to temperature change.In high humidity circumstance
it was cautioned that shell mold should be dried before next coating layer should be brushed and drying time should be extended before shell mold dewaxed.
