TiN/Ti复合材料的熔铸法制备及微观组织
摘要
用熔铸法制备了TiN/Ti复合材料
并用SEM和XRD研究复合材料的微观组织和相组成
分析了TiN的形成过程。结果表明
所制备的复合材料增强相分布均匀
成麦穗状连续线状分布。对其SEM照片的研究表明
TiN形态为尖角小片状、片状或块状
颗粒大小在2~8μm
TiN颗粒与基体界面干净
无反应层。
Abstract
SEM and XRD were employed to observe microstructure and phase constituent of TiN/Ti composites prepared by the smelting-casting method.The formation of TiN was analyzed.The results showed that continuous chain-like enhancement phase in the composites was uniformly distributed.SEM observation revealed that the morphology of TiN with the grain size of 2~8 μm is sharp angle sheet shape
sheet or bulk shape.There is no reacted layer between TiN particle and matrix interface.
