以自行开发的LTHAl656431黄铜和日本的JISCAC304C黄铜为研究对象
测定了合金在不同时间和不同载荷下的磨损量
计算摩擦因数
并对两种材料进行了显微组织分析。结果表明
LTHAl656431黄铜的耐磨性优于JISCAC304C黄铜
在重载下耐磨性更好。显微分析表明
LTHAl656431黄铜的显微组织为变形组织
并有均匀细小的强化质点分布在基体组织中;JISCAC304C黄铜的显微组织为不完全加工组织
强化质点尺寸和分布均不均匀。前者的组织致密度高
显微组织决定了黄铜的耐磨性能。
Abstract
The weight loss and friction coefficient of self-developed LTHAl65-6-4-3-1 brass and JISCAC304C brass from Japan as well as their microstructure were investigated with different time and load. The results show that the wear resistance of LTHAl65-6-4-3-1 brass is superior to that of JISCAC304C. Microstructure observation indicates that LTHAl65-6-4-3-1 brass has a deformed microstructure
in which fine enhancing particle is uniformly distributed in the matrix
while JISCAC304C brass has uncompletely worked microstructure and uneven grain size and distribution of enhancing particle
meanwhile
the microstructual soundness of LTHAl65-6-4-3-1 brass is higher than that of JISCAC304C brass. The wear resistance is dependant on the microstructure of the alloy.
