摘要

对纯镁及AZ91D镁合金中添加富铈混合稀土的收得率及其各元素含量的变化规律进行了研究。试验结果表明

混合稀土的收得率随着其添加量的增加而降低

添加适量的混合稀土

纯镁中的混合稀土收得率可达到75 %以上

AZ91D合金中的混合稀土收得率可达到90 %以上;镁熔体对混合稀土存在着吸收极限

该试验条件下纯镁的吸收极限为1 .6 %左右

AZ91D合金的吸收极限为1 .9%左右;添加适量的混合稀土可降低纯镁及AZ91D合金中的Cl元素含量至1 0 -5以下;添加混合稀土会降低镁熔体中的Al含量

对合金元素Zn、Mn以及杂质元素Fe、Cu、Ni、Si的含量不产生影响。

Abstract

Mischmetal absorptivity and its effects on the element contents in pure magnesium and AZ91D alloy were investigated.The results showed that the mischmetal absorptivity was decreased with the increase of mischmetal addition

and proper mischmetal addition can maintain mischmetal absorptivity over 75% in pure magnesium and 90% in AZ91d alloy.It was found that under different amounts of mischmetal addition

their contents did not exceed 1.6% for pure magnesium and 1.9% for AZ91D alloy in the experiments.The mischmetal addition reduced Cl contents below 0.001% in pure magnesium and AZ91D alloy.The mischmetal addition can lead to the reduction of Al content and has little effect on Zn

Ni and Si contents.
